Η παρούσα πολιτική εξηγεί ποια cookies και ποιες τεχνολογίες τοπικής αποθήκευσης χρησιμοποιεί ο ιστότοπος της South Attica Telecommunications Ε.Ε., για ποιον σκοπό και πώς μπορείτε να τις ελέγξετε, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 4 παρ. 5 του ν. 3471/2006, τον Γενικό Κανονισμό Προστασίας Δεδομένων (ΕΕ) 2016/679 και τις κατευθυντήριες γραμμές της Αρχής Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα.

1. Τι είναι τα cookies

Τα cookies είναι μικρά αρχεία κειμένου που αποθηκεύονται στη συσκευή σας όταν επισκέπτεστε έναν ιστότοπο. Με τον ίδιο τρόπο αντιμετωπίζουμε και τις αντίστοιχες τεχνολογίες, όπως το local storage και το session storage του browser.

2. Πώς τα χρησιμοποιούμε

Απολύτως απαραίτητα — για τη λειτουργία και την ασφάλεια του ιστότοπου. Δεν απαιτούν συγκατάθεση και δεν μπορούν να απενεργοποιηθούν.
Προτιμήσεις — για να θυμόμαστε τη γλώσσα και το θέμα που επιλέξατε. Χρησιμοποιούνται μόνο με τη συγκατάθεσή σας. Χωρίς συγκατάθεση, η επιλογή σας κρατιέται μόνο μέχρι να κλείσετε τον browser.

Δεν χρησιμοποιούμε cookies διαφήμισης, στατιστικών (π.χ. Google Analytics) ή κοινωνικών δικτύων (π.χ. Facebook Pixel). Για τα στατιστικά επισκεψιμότητας χρησιμοποιούμε δική μας μέτρηση χωρίς cookies και χωρίς αποθήκευση στη συσκευή σας (βλ. Πολιτική απορρήτου). Οι γραμματοσειρές φιλοξενούνται στους δικούς μας servers, ώστε ο browser σας να μην επικοινωνεί με τρίτους (π.χ. Google Fonts). Αν στο μέλλον προστεθεί οποιοδήποτε τέτοιο εργαλείο, θα ενημερωθεί η παρούσα πολιτική και θα σας ζητηθεί εκ νέου συγκατάθεση.

4. Πώς ελέγχετε τα cookies

Μπορείτε να δώσετε, να αλλάξετε ή να ανακαλέσετε τη συγκατάθεσή σας οποιαδήποτε στιγμή από τις Ρυθμίσεις cookies (σύνδεσμος και στο κάτω μέρος κάθε σελίδας). Η ανάκληση δεν επηρεάζει τη νομιμότητα της χρήσης πριν από αυτήν. Επίσης, μπορείτε να διαγράψετε ή να μπλοκάρετε τα cookies από τις ρυθμίσεις του browser σας· σε αυτή την περίπτωση ορισμένες λειτουργίες (π.χ. οι φόρμες) ενδέχεται να μη λειτουργούν σωστά.

Η συγκατάθεσή σας ζητείται ξανά μετά από 12 μήνες ή όταν αλλάξει η παρούσα πολιτική. Για να μπορούμε να αποδείξουμε τη συγκατάθεση (άρθρο 7 παρ. 1 GDPR), καταγράφουμε το τυχαίο αναγνωριστικό, τις επιλογές σας, την ημερομηνία και τον τύπο του browser, χωρίς όνομα ή διεύθυνση IP. Η καταγραφή διατηρείται για 3 έτη.

This policy explains which cookies and local storage technologies the website of South Attica Telecommunications E.E. uses, why, and how you can control them, in line with Article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the guidance of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We treat similar technologies, such as the browser's local and session storage, the same way.

2. How we use them

Strictly necessary — to run and secure the website. They need no consent and cannot be switched off.
Preferences — to remember your language and theme. Used only with your consent. Without consent, your choice lasts only until you close the browser.

We do not use advertising, analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) or social media cookies (e.g. Facebook Pixel). For visitor statistics we use our own cookieless measurement that stores nothing on your device (see the Privacy policy). Fonts are hosted on our own servers, so your browser does not contact third parties (e.g. Google Fonts). If any such tool is added in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested again.

4. How to control cookies

You can give, change or withdraw your consent at any time from Cookie settings (also linked at the bottom of every page). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior use. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some features (e.g. the forms) may then not work properly.

We ask for your consent again after 12 months or when this policy changes. To be able to demonstrate consent (Art. 7(1) GDPR) we record the random ID, your choices, the date and the browser type — no name or IP address. This record is kept for 3 years.
